EnFact Texting

We are pleased to introduce EnFact Fraud Alerts Premium Texting!

 

With EnFact, when our Debit Card Transaction Authorization system suspects a transaction may be fraudulent, the system will immediately send you a text message requesting verification that this is a valid transaction.  For valid transactions, all you then have to do is type YES and send the reply.  Once this message is sent, the merchant can then rerun the transaction to complete your purchase.  Please Note:  If the reply is NO, the card will be immediately blocked and no other debit card transactions can be completed until you contact our Customer Service Department.  Of course, since EnFact is text-based, it is critical that we have accurate cell phone information in our system for you.

EnFact Fraud Alerts Premium Texting will begin on Monday, August 20th, for all Progressive Bank Debit Card customers -- NO ENROLLMENT NECESSARY.  The Short Code for EnFact text messages will be 37268.   You can expect any EnFact message to come from this address.  If for some reason you DO NOT respond to the EnFact text message, the system will then try to contact you by voice or e-mail.
