New and Improved
PB Card Control is here!
We’re excited to introduce the new and improved PB Card Control to our Debit Card users! While there are many new features to explore, the most impactful changes are that a secondary Card Control app (the current yellow PB Card Control app) will no longer be required and PERSONAL CUSTOMERS' debit cards will be preloaded into Card Control (no more manually adding new PB debit cards).
The new features are available beginning on Wednesday, October 15th. Here are some helpful Questions & Answers regarding the upgrade.
What are the key features of the upgraded PB Card Control?
- Card controls and alerts
- Self-service features
- Spend Insights and enriched transaction detail
- Push Provisioning to digital wallets (Apple Pay®, Google PayTM)
- Available anytime, on desktop and mobile
How do users access the upgrade?
PB Card Control is designed to be integrated into the PB Mobile banking app to provide a seamless digital experience making it easy to access for our customers. Once you access our mobile banking app, you will select Card Control from the app menu or simply select Card Control from the menu at the bottom of your screen to access all the features of the upgraded PB Card Control experience - all within the same app!
And now introducting PB Card Control in Online Banking for desktop! Enjoy the same upgraded experience from your desktop or mobile browser by selecting Card Control from the menu to get started and manage your cards with ease from ANY device.
Do users need two apps?
No, Card Control is now integrated right into our PB Mobile banking app, so no additional app is necessary.
What else do we need to know?
- If your card has no NAME on it (including ALL Business Debit Cards), you will need to re-enroll to access the new Card Control features.
- Access to the legacy Card Control system will be available through mid-November (for PB Mobile only) in the app menu under Services, Card Control (legacy).
