Your new CONTACTLESS Debit Card is on the Way!
Beginning November 1st, we are mailing our NEW Progressive Bank Contactless Debit Cards to our current cardholders.
November 2022 -- The Contactless card will enable you to 'Tap and Go' at all checkout card readers, or ATMs, that display the Contactless Symbol. For merchants that are not yet set up to accept Contactless transactions, you will still be able to insert your Contactless card at an EMV checkout terminal, or swipe your card at the magnetic strip terminal.
WHY NOW? We usually wait to send new Debit Cards to our customers until their current cards are about to reach their Expiration Dates; however, with the holiday season fast approaching, we want you to be able to take advantage of the ease of use and security Contactless technology offers as you make your holiday purchases.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER -- Account Numbers, PINs, and More
• With your new card, your CARD ACCOUNT NUMBER and your PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN) HAVE NOT CHANGED! However, your CVV 3-digit Security Code and your Card Expiration Date HAVE CHANGED. Please keep this in mind for any automated recurring payments for which you currently use your debit card as these accounts may need to be updated.
• If you have your current debit card set up as the default for in-app purchases (such as with Amazon, Wayfair, etc.), you may need to update your Security Code and Expiration Date in those apps as well.
• For added security, please note that your new card will be arriving in a plain envelope with no obvious signs that it is from Progressive Bank.
• Be sure to ACTIVATE your card, using the phone number on the card sticker. This lets us know that you are ready to begin using your card for purchases and ATM transactions. Once you have activated your new card, you can destroy your old card.

March 2020 -- As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to stay connected to your Progressive Bank accounts 24/7 through our PB Mobile app and through Online Banking at ProgressiveBank.com. From either option, you can view your account information, transfer funds, pay bills, and pay people with PB Pay. Through PB Mobile, you can also deposit checks with your phone or tablet. And don't forget our ATMs -- they offer more than just a way to get cash. They also provide a safe and secure way to make deposits of cash or checks. And, finally you can use your Progressive Bank Debit Card for purchases with your card or through our PB Smart Wallet and PB Pay to send money to your family and friends.

Progressive Bank President Receives High Honor
David M. Hampton Honored with the Rambin-Silverstein Memorial Civic Award
January 2019 - During the 98th annual meeting and banquet hosted by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce, Progressive Bank President, David M. Hampton, was awarded the prestigious Rambin-Silverstein Memorial Civic Award. Community leaders and active members filled the room as Judge Wendell Manning presented Hampton the honor. This award honors outstanding professional achievement and community service.
Hampton is a dedicated, life-long resident of Northeast Louisiana. He is a native of Oak Grove and attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe. For twenty years, he has been a part of our team and in 2016, he was named President of Progressive Bank. His community involvement stretches across a variety of causes. From growing and supporting local businesses to his time with the American Red Cross, Hampton truly displays his servant’s heart in every project that he touches.

Food Bank Distribution 2018
 Progressive Bank Gives Back
September 2018 --Our Progressive Bank team members didn’t let a sweltering September day stop them from helping those in need in our area. We are proud of our team members for supporting the efforts of The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana! In just two hours today, our team distributed 250 boxes of food, plus frozen fish, hams, and blueberries to senior citizens in our area!
The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana procures, sorts, inventories, and provides food to partner agencies for local distribution. In addition, the Food Bank operates three programs that directly provide food to those most vulnerable – children and seniors. Their hunger-relief network serves over 24,000 people every month.

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere event that brings communities together to raise funds and celebrate progress in the fight against this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers, heart diseases and stroke. This inspirational day is filled with energy, excitement and hope! Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Heart Walk creates an environment that's fun and rewarding for the entire family. This year, more than one million walkers will participate in nearly 350 events. Your participation will help us raise even more in our fight to save lives.
